Tim’s 25+ years of business experience has ranged from working on the factory floor to serving in the executive boardroom: he has been both a light machine assembler as well as a Vice President, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of a punch and die manufacturer. In addition, he has held management positions in supply chain management, materials management, product management, purchasing, and project management.
Since starting Mojonnier & Associates, Tim has worked with a variety of companies and industries from small, privately held enterprises to Fortune 100 corporations. As a consultant and workshop leader, he specializes in assisting companies define, reengineer and continuously improve their business processes, increase profitability, achieve results and become more competitive.
Tim has a BA degree from Lafayette College and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. He has taught MBA, executive education, and continuing education courses at a number of universities including DePaul University and Loyola University Chicago. Some of the courses taught include Global Logistics, Management Theories and Practices II, Operations Management, and Project Management.
